A treatment session which includes re-assessment of the injury/condition, manual therapy, modalities (Myofascial Cupping, IASTM, Percussion Therapy, Laser Therapy), and exercise prescription. 

This service is designed for clients who have multiple injuries, unexplained aches and pains, or are looking for direction in their health journey. We will look at not only the physical function of your body, but we'll dive deeper into your health history and how your current lifestyle could be contributing to your reoccurring discomfort.

Here you may work with a team of Health Care Providers to ensure you are receiving the correct form of care for your current state.

Your assessment will come with a health care plan based on the findings and your goals. You can choose to continue to work with your Integrated Health Coordinator as your advocate, educator, organizer, and motivator to help you reach your health goals on a monthly basis.
